This Privacy Policy explains how Retirement Red Zone (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you interact with our Facebook page, our advertisements and lead forms, or when you call, text, message, or otherwise communicate with us. Retirement Red Zone provides educational information and marketing related to retirement income planning, including annuities, life insurance, and other insurance products, and we help connect interested individuals with licensed insurance agents. Insurance products are offered through licensed agents and the issuing carriers.

  • Profile details you choose to share, such as age or date of birth, retirement timeline, and your interests or goals.
  • The content of forms you submit, comments you post, and messages or calls you send to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links.
  • Data gathered through cookies, web beacons, and advertising/analytics pixels, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

Information from third parties

  • Information you submit through Meta/Facebook lead forms or by engaging with our ads.
  • Information from marketing partners, analytics providers, and publicly available sources.

By providing your telephone number and submitting a form or otherwise opting in, you agree that Retirement Red Zone and the licensed agents we work with may contact you at that number by phone call and text message — including through automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages where permitted — for marketing and informational purposes related to your request.

  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
  • You may also ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call / Do Not Text list at any time.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information (including your phone number and text-messaging consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers and subcontractors (such as messaging platforms and customer-support vendors) strictly to help us deliver the services you requested. All other categories of data sharing exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent.

We may share the information we collect with:

  • Licensed agents and insurance carriers to respond to your request and provide quotes or coverage.

We do not sell your personal information for money. The mobile-information limitation in Section 4 applies in all cases.

  • Texts: reply STOP to opt out. Emails: use the unsubscribe link. Calls: ask to be placed on our Do Not Call list.
  • Depending on your state (for example, California’s CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use or sharing of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
  • To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
